This 5 year old detached villa with pool is ideally situated between the famous dunes and Corralejo's town centre. The nearest sandy beach in Corralejo bay is about five minutes easy walk away.It is in a very quiet location, tucked away from the road, approached by it's own driveway, where you can park a car. It is easy flat level walking 10 minutes from the dunes and 15/20 minutes walking from the centre of town. A car is not essential
The villa is finished to a very high standard with one double bedroom and the other bedroom with twin beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower, twin sinks, w.c. and a bidet. In addition there is a separate cloakroom with a w.c, bidet and a sink. The large lounge diner has an 'L' shaped sofa, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs. There is a TV and DVD player which will play CDs. Plenty of books, games and DVDs are provided.

The attractive kitchen is well equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. A washing machine is provided in the utility area.
A garden surrounds the villa with a patio, table and chairs, barbeque and a small pool to the rear of the villa. There is a large secluded roof top sun terrace with sun loungers. New for 2009 are deck chairs.
We can provide a baby's cot and a high chair and/or a folding bed for an extra young one, providing we are told at the time of booking.We do not charge for the use of the cot or high chair but we would want you to provide your own bedding for a young one.
We can provide a folding bed free of charge, but would want you to provide your own sheets and pillowcases for the fifth person, we do have extra pillows and blankets.
We have an English contact in Corralejo who is able to deal with any problems that may arise

With the airlines now flying to Fuerteventura on more days than just Wednesdays we are happy to look at other change over days

21st December to 4th January 2012 £500 per week
4th January to 2012 to 4th April 2012 £400 per week
4th April to 11th April 2012 £500 per week
11th April to 25th July 2012 £400 per week
25th July to 3rd September 2012 £500 per week
3rd \Septemebr to 19th December 2012 £400 per week
19th December 2012 to 2nd January 2013 £500 per week
2nd January to 27th March 2013 £400 per week
27th March to 3rd April 2013 £500 per week
3rd April to 23rd July 2013 £400 per week
For 2 people only we give a £75 per week DISCOUNT outside of school holidays
and a £125 between 30th October 2012 and 19th December 2012
These prices are for up to 4 people, a fifth would be an extra £50 per week and we would expect the fifth person to provide their own bedding (sheet and pillowcase, there are surplus pillows and blankets)

Corralejo is a nice small town with all shops, restaurants and further provisions you need. we made several trips to the other side of the island with often beautiful landscapes. The west coast of the island is impressive. Casa Pancho provided a perfect home, well equipped for a comfortable, holiday period. Generally my wife and I do not re-visit a holiday place, we take always a new country/city. But Fuerteventura is different: we plan to come back some day. We are very satisfeid with the communication with you before our trip and the information you provided.
