As we are a small family business the telephone is not always attended but you can leave a message for us to return your call.
We have a contact in Corralejo who is on call for any problems that you may have. We will supply you with the telephone number prior to your departure.
We need to know; which villa/departure dates/duration of stay/number of people/do you need advice on flights and/or car hire.
We look forward to receiving any questions you may have and we hope you stay with us.
All bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided. The villas are cleaned weekly

Once you have decided to book with us and we always want you to, email us your address and we will send you an invoice either by email or post. The invoice will have all details as confirmation.
We need a £50 deposit to confirm the reservation and the balance 4 weeks before your holiday starts.
We accepy payment by cheque or internet banking, whichever you prefer.
7 - 10 days before you go on holiday we will send you the keys, together with a map, how to get from the airport to Corralejo and an information sheet of helpful hints on supermarkets, restaurants and other useful tips that you as a guest may tell us.

We have been runing the letting of our villas for over 7 years (previously we used a letting agency) and at the current time about 75% of our lettings are repeat guests and then about another 15% are people who have stayed in Corralejo before but not with us, but know that our villas are ideally positioned and book for this reason. Our limited experience has shown that school holidays are booked well in advance.
